Onsite registration begins at 7:30 am on April 4th, 2007 at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort in Chicago, Illinois.

Conference proceedings will be provided on a CD-Rom. If you would like to follow along during the presentations, we do recommend that you bring a battery charged laptop. Hard copies of the presentations will not available.
