A non-refundable fee of 50% must be paid upon signing the contract in order to reserve the opportunity. The remainder must be paid by January 4, 2007. Participants entering into contract after January 4, 2007 are required to pay in full upon submission of application. Sponsorships and exhibits are guaranteed upon return to applicant of approved application and receipt of payment in full. Read the Terms for Events.
